sunshine cookies :)

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
• 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix all dry ingredients.
3. Add peanutbutter and egg.
4. Add chocolate chip cookies.
5. Form little balls of dough and drop on baking sheet.
6. Back for 5-8 minutes. Be careful, they tend to burn really fast.
7. Take them out of the oven and let them cool.

As you can see, today I'm all about bright and shiny color. Don't know why but I'm feeling goooood. :)
Probabely because of the sun shining into our windows in the morning while I sit at my desk learning and trying not to get distracted.

I hope you like this recipe. I promise, they are reeeeeally that good.
Don't believe me?
Then you will have to find out for yourself. Which shouldn't take you too long. They are not only theee beeest cookies, but they are also super easy to make.
