A link up party called A Lovely Online ART GALLERY - featuring Johnny & June

I didn't know if it is actually a good idea.
A good idea to establish some kind of a schedule on my blog.
Because in a way it cuts on my spontaneity.

But I figured it also provides a setting for you, my lovely readers
so that you know what and when I will post something.

So without further ado I'd like to present to you...



"A Lovely Online ART GALLERY" was created to be a LINK UP PARTY for all of you who love and make art. Whether it is a sculpture, a painting, a sketch or a picture. Every piece of art is welcome to be linked up.

Every third thursday you will be able to link up your piece of art.
I vision the purpose of it as a chance to encourage and inspire each other.

Here's my contribution.

- for those of you who don't know who I tried to portraid here ;) musical genuis Johnny Cash and his wife June Carter. There is no particular reason to why I chose to paint them. I just thought about maybe I should begin building myself a collection of ink portraits of musicians I like, frame and hang them in my hallway. :) -

    i wanted to throw out there that the first time i made a link-up party, no one entered either. i was kind of bummed out. :)
